Product Wise collects personal data only where it is needed to provide recruitment services; for example, contact details, CVs and role preferences shared by candidates, and contact and hiring details shared by organizations.

Candidate information is never shared with a client without explicit consent. Data is retained only for as long as it remains relevant to a live or reasonably anticipated recruitment conversation.
