Product Wise was founded by Imran Dhansey, a Product Management and Business Analysis professional with 20 years of experience taking products from discovery through to live service. Having worked as a Product Manager and Consultant, and hired extensively for Product and BA roles, Imran founded Product Wise to bring practitioner-level judgment to recruitment in a space too often handled by generalists.
His delivery background spans large-scale transformation programmes, regulated organisations and commercial ventures: leading discovery phases, owning roadmaps and backlogs, and running cross-functional squads of engineers, researchers and designers. That experience translates directly into how candidates are assessed and how briefs are scoped.
Rather than matching keywords, Product Wise applies direct, first-hand knowledge of what makes a Product Manager or Business Analyst effective, and connects that insight to both hiring organizations and candidates.

Most recruiters learn product roles secondhand, from job descriptions and keyword matching. Product Wise is different. Our founder has spent 20 years as a practitioner and hiring manager, building product teams, not just filling seats.
