We have a process that works. It is time-tested and proven to deliver results. It is fast, accurate, and thorough. This is the process that allows us to go through the full search and find the right match within 4-8 weeks.

Step 1: Free consultation

Intro sessions are 30-minutes in length and are typically conducted 1x1 with the Founder/C-level. The value will be exchanged and insights gained regardless of whether we choose to enter into a partnership.

If we chose to enter into the partnership, I am dedicated 100% to you and your search. You are my Number 1 thought of the day.

Step 2: Onboarding

Onboarding starts with a kick off between all parties involved in the hiring decision.

As a group, we’ll create the candidate scorecard, clearly outlining the responsibilities, qualifications, personality, compensation, benefits, and most importantly, the key business outcomes that define success in the role.

We’ll also define interview flow and roles&responsibilities. This is a critical session to make the search successful.

Step 3: Shortlist

I do 2 levels of screening - the initial call and the deep dive, which can last up to 3h. Those tho pass the deep dive, form a shortlist for the role and represent the best talent on the market that fit out scorecard and that is excited to work for your company at this time.

I prefer to connect over weekly catch up calls so you can feel confident about our pipeline, state of the market and any feedback. I also share a live Kanban board with all candidates that we consider.

Step 4: Assessment

Your turn to meet the talent! Being that we’ll provide you with such an in-depth view of who these candidates are ahead of time, these conversations will prove to be some of the most enjoyable interviews you’ve conducted in your life.

Being that all sides will have been pre-closed ahead of time using hypothetical offers and acceptances, you can expect the negotiation and transition to be smooth.

You must be committed to securing the strongest talent available, that traditional HR processes and protocols are secondary to your objective here. Best candidates call for fast processes.

If hiring the right individual for your team is not on your priority list, we won’t work with you.

Client Eligibility Criteria

Our Values are respect, collaboration, and trust. These have to be observed in both founders and candidates we represent. The decision-making team has to participate from the start - if the role is not a priority for you, we will not take it. This is the approach which allows us to offer our 12-month guarantee and represent A players on the market, finding your dream team member in 1-2 months.

Decision team participation from the start

Your decision team must participate in our onboarding workshop and define the scorecard with us to avoid any surprises and wasteful activities on both sides.
