The mission of the role 

Work with the leadership team on developing and implementing the strategic technology roadmap. Scale the team whilst establishing and maintaining the engineering culture and developing internal talent whilst the team grows.

• Previous experience in managing the engineering team of 5+

• Experience building the engineering culture in the growing team

• Hands-on coding skills in Node.js, React.js

• Experience in setting up and taking major architectural decisions

• Experience working with external clients whilst closely cooperating with internal product and sales team
