Who you’ll work with
Expertise: Alex is the owner and director in Productwise, which she established in 2016. She has been recruiting for the product and engineering positions for over 10 years in Europe and the US and advising companies on how to structure their teams to become top performers.
Experience: Before founding Productwise, Alex started her career with a turnaround cases in healthcare, manufacturing and FoodTech companies after the 2008 financial crisis. She then joined Rocket Internet to build a FinTech p2p lending platform, later sold to a PE fund. In the coming years she worked across b2b and b2c seed to Series B startups as a Product Lead, before joining BCG in London to work on enterprise software for larger clients of BCG across the suite of products. In these years she had built product and engineering teams from 0-1 to 1-10. She then joined Nomu VC as the only female partner, working on DD for tech startups and value creation playbook for portfolio companies.
Education: Alex earned her Bachelor of Science from Rotterdam University in the Netherlands and received her Executive Master in Law and Business from Bucerius Law School in Hamburg, Germany.
Alex works directly on all projects she takes, being the direct contact for C-suite, investors and talent. This, together with her background tends to offer best guidance to C-level executives and results in appropriate market representation of your company as well as time to shortlist of 14-28 days with subsequent hire within 3 weeks.
